File:Backup Database
-- backs up the current email database, SCIndex.scd, to the directory "Backup", with name "SCIndex1.scd". Upon any subsequent backups, "SCIndex1.scd" is renamed "SCIndex2.scd", and "SCIndex.scd" is again copied to "Backup" with the name SCIndex1.scd. Any further backups will result in "SCIndex2.scd" being deleted, and the process above being repeated. To restore a saved database, copy "SCIndex1.scd" or "SCIndex2.scd" to the directory where the current "SCIndex.scd" is (i.e. the directory which contains the "Backup" sub-directory). Delete "SCIndex.scd" if you don't require the data, and then rename SCIndex1.scd (or SCIndex2.scd) SCindex.scd. Note, this backup method only holds two backups.
